Gabriella y su equipo trabajaron muy duro para asegurarse de que me reembolsaran el 100%. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente tramuntana a cualquiera que esté buscando reservar unas vacaciones! 5 stars!
I booked my cancun vacation with Gabriella. Unfortunately there was a hurricane and I had to cancel my trip at the last minute. The hotel did not want to provide a refund.
Gabriella and her team worked very hard to make sure I was reimbursed 100%. I highly recommend tramuntana to anyone looking to book a vacation! 5 stars!
