Contraté un servicio Guadalajara - Manzanillo, me comentaron que en el destino tenían personal especializado para ayudar al chófer a descargar la mercancía, lo cual es mentira ya que al llegar el chófer contrata a personas que van pasando por la calle para que le ayuden a meter los muebles (obviamente personas sin experiencia y con el riesgo de que pueda ocurrir un accidente, además de ser personas que ni siquiera conocen y por las cuales no se van a hacer responsables en caso de algún inconveniente y aún así los meten en los domicilios).
Me llego mercancía dañada y me vi en la necesidad de hacer valer el seguro por el que pagué, sin embargo hasta ese momento me dijeron que éste solo es válido en caso de robo o extravío. En pocas palabras el servicio es caro y muy malo.
Terrible service, I do not recommend it at all. I hired a Guadalajara - Manzanillo service, they told me that at the destination they had specialized personnel to help the driver unload the merchandise, which is a lie since when the driver arrives he hires people who are passing through the street to help him put the furniture (obviously inexperienced people with the risk that an accident may occur, as well as being people they don't even know and for whom they will not be held responsible in case of any inconvenience and still put them in their homes) .
I received damaged merchandise and I found myself in the need to enforce the insurance for which I paid, however until that moment they told me that it is only valid in case of theft or loss. In short the service is expensive and very bad.
