★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los muebles que envie tuve que subirlos yo mismo al camión porque solo mandaron a una persona a la recolección después cuando llegaron a su destino se tardaron mas de lo acordado para entregar porque segun ellos el camion no podía entrar hasta mi dirección cuando vivo en la esquina con una de las principales y ni siquiera llamaron para intentar. Llegaron con la mercancía dañada ademas de que dejaron en mi casa mercancia que no era mia y se negaron a pagar los daños tuve que acudir a profeco. Muy mal servicio de todos los que trabajan en sus oficinas. Para nada los recomiendo.
The furniture I sent had to be brought to the truck myself because they only sent someone to the pickup later when they arrived at their destination they took longer than agreed to deliver because according to them the truck could not enter my address when I live in the corner with one of the main ones and they did not even call to try. They arrived with the damaged goods in addition to that they left in my house merchandise that was not mine and they refused to pay the damages I had to go to prophecy. Very bad service of all those who work in their offices. I recommend them for nothing.
