★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en ventanilla de Los Mochis es el PEOR que conozco, todas las muchachas que ali atienden lo hacen de mala gana, yo las he visto llegar por la mañana o la tarde y vienen despintadas y que creen, alli atrás se pintan, se arreglan, desayunan o comen, contestan llamadas personales y todo esto lo hacen detrás del mostrador escondidas tras un letrero que esta detrás de la ventana a la orilla derecha, viendo de frente al mostrador, este letrero evita que una cámara de la empresa las vea hacer lo que hacen y con esto fácilmente se salen con la suya de no atender. No les importa siquiera la gente, yo he estado cuando habemos muchos haciendo fila y solo dos muchachas atienden y cualquiera de ellas si le da la gana se levantan y se va sin importarle nada ni los clientes y no son para avisar o decir: "Mire pase a la otra caja porque me tengo que retirar..." o de menos un "Ya no se forme porque estoy por cerrar" o algo, simplemente se van y dejan a todos extrañados y boquiabiertos de como pueden con tal desfachates, dejar todo y valerles madre. Y así son TODAS. El gerente brilla por no hacer nada, SIEMPRE les permite todo. PESIMO!!

They don't even care about people, I've been there when we have many standing in line and only two girls attend and any of them if they feel like they get up and leave without caring about anything or customers and they are not to warn or say: "Look I went to the other box because I have to withdraw ... Tap es una empresa prestigiada con un servicio en ventanilla asqueroso, los autobuses estan super descuidados :
-asientos, te sientas, te acomodas y ajustas la inclinacion y a los 2 minutos se baja hasta el tope
- una peste en cuanto uno se mete al baño ufff se te quitan las ganas
soy un viajero frecuente y esta es mi opinion ultimamente han descuidado sus autobuses, higiene y no dan mantenimiento.
tengo enfrente mio a un sr que su asiento tambien esta mal y aqui lo tengo jodiendome las rodillas!!!
TRAVELERS LOOK FOR ANOTHER OPTION
Tap is a prestigious company with a disgusting window service, the buses are super careless:

I am a frequent traveler and this is my opinion lately they have neglected their buses, hygiene and do not give maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenemos un vuelo de culiacan a mty programado a las 12:30 y decidimos tomar un autobus a las 7:00 desde los mochis para llegar con tiempo al aeropuerto. A las 7:45 el autobus nunca llego y tuvimos que abordar otro que termino saliendo hasta las 8:00. Ya vamos de camino y casi saliendo de la cemtral el chofer freno en deco porque no respeto un alto y casi choca. Y de la atencion en ventnilla ni hablar pues es lo mismo fe lo que todo mundo se queja. Si tuviera la opcion de no ponerle ninguna estrella lo haria. Lo mas seguro es que perdamos nuestro vuelo por la impuntualidad y mal servicio de esta empresa.
We have a flight from culiacan to mty scheduled at 12:30 and we decided to take a bus at 7:00 from the mochis to arrive in time at the airport. At 7:45 the bus never came and we had to board another one that ended up leaving until 8:00. We are already on the way and almost leaving the highway the driver brake in deco because I do not respect a stop and almost collides. And of the attention in a window or to speak because it is the same faith that everyone complains. If I had the option not to put a star on it I would. The safest thing is that we miss our flight due to the punctuality and poor service of this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente el peor servicio por parte de las taquilleras. En particular una chaparrilla Rubia bien a Huevo que es bien mamona y grosera para contestar... En serio, si ya van varios comentarios negativos deberían hacer algo al respecto, a mí no me hacen un favor, yo solo cambio de línea y listo, la bronca es para la empresa. Gente así debería trabajar en el CERESO no en atención al público. Por otro lado, hay 6 minisplits y solo uno funcionando... Ya ni la chingan! Yo también le daría cero estrellas si se pudiera...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion de las señoritas de ventanilla, nosotros estabamos comprando los boletos de regreso hacia Mexicali, y al solicitar el descuento por estudiante me dijeron que yo tenia que buscar al gerente para que me lo firmara, que lo encontraba por ahi afuera...
Despues cuendo logre que me vendieran los boletos la tipa me los genero hacia Tijuana y al decirle oye estos son a Mexicali no Tijuana, y me dijo poes nimodo ahora se va hasta Tijuana. Cosa que obviamente me molesto mucho y pedi que me cancelara los boletos. No me pudieron vender los numero que habia elegido y que erroneamente la tipa me dio.
La actitud y servicio al cliente muy deficiente de estas señoritas.
Very bad attention from the ladies at the window, we were buying the return tickets to Mexicali, and when requesting the student discount they told me that I had to look for the manager to sign it for me, that I found it out there ...
Later, when I managed to get the tickets to be sold, the girl generated them for me to Tijuana and when I said, hey, these are to Mexicali not Tijuana, and she told me poetry, now she's going to Tijuana. Which obviously bothered me a lot and asked to cancel my tickets. They could not sell me the number that I had chosen and that the woman wrongly gave me.
Very poor attitude and customer service from these ladies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I even start with this review, first of all the receptionist at the location in Phoenix is one of the worst I have ever experienced. She had the worst attitude towards anything that was asked. I say treat others the way you want to be treated, I don’t understand one bit how they keep their jobs. I work in customer service as well and I would never think about treating my customers the way these receptionist do. Secondly, we had over an hour delay in Nogales because the bus conductor supposedly forgot to let them know we arrived, I call that bs. Thirdly, the whole way from Phoenix to culiacan the bus has no ac, so we sat through a 20 hour bus ride in 90 degree weather, it is sickening to know that they are so careless about their passengers. Honestly my true view on all this is that they treat people this way because most are older and Hispanic that don’t really have any other options and won’t really call to complain or anything. Never again traveling with TAP, it is just so superb that this service is all around horrible.
