A	ALMA RAMIREZ GUTIERREZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, duraron mas de una semana para entregar un paquete, según ellos porque no daban con el domicilio, el cual no era nada complicado localizar, te comunicas y no te contestan el teléfono, quedan de entregar el paquete y no cumplen, tuve que comunicarme a Monterrey me dieron el teléfono del dueño y fue del modo que por fin me entregaron el paquete, cabe mencionar que el dueño también se muestra indiferente me comento que mejor yo hubiera ido a la paqueteria a recogerlo y que si no podían entregarlo en sábado me tendría que esperar al lunes cuando ellos mismos se habían comprometido a entregar ese día. Batallas demasiado para que te envíen una factura, ya que no tienen servicio para poder facturar en linea. En la suc. de Torreón son muy prepotentes y groseros, rompen los materiales y no se hacen responsables. NECESITAN UN CURSO DE ATENCIÓN A CLIENTES URGENTEMENTE.
