★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensé que abría algún lugar para comprar algo de comer pero solo fue hasta que abordamos al ferry que pude comprar algo y moría de hambre, creo que estaría bien que tuvieran las máquinas llenas al menos, ya que no cuentan con cafetería en la sala de espera del ferry de ahí en fuera todo bien, el servicio es puntual, el personal amable buen servicio
I thought there was a place open to buy something to eat but it was only until we boarded the ferry that I was able to buy something and I was starving, I think it would be good if they had the machines full at least, since they do not have a cafeteria in the waiting room from the ferry from there on out all good, the service is punctual, the friendly staff good service

Upon arrival there is no 9:30 and only a boat with the other company Ultramar at 12:30 The HUGE qr code on their stand litterly links to the page that says the boat is at 9:30. "Complaints are not here but on this number, timetables are updated in our facebook". Amateurs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morning transfer to Cozumel was fine, but went to buy tickets at 4pm for the 5pm return - cancelled. Another ferry at 9pm - luckily we didn’t have anything urgent but we’d rather not have driven in the dark back to our hotel in Tulum at 10pm. Asked staff if we could leave and come back at 8pm to buy our tickets, so we could get something to eat, they said no; the ticket office closes at 5pm and it’s not possible to keep a reservation if we leave the site - they said we’d have to wait there from 4pm til 9pm or miss it. Asked the other operator, Ultramar, they said they had an 8pm sailing and we could happily go off for some food and return at 6pm and they’d make sure there was space for us. Much better service.
