La persona que me atendió era muy descuidada, no me avisó cuando me iba a tomar la foto y salí volteando hacia otro lado. A pesar de eso, me dieron la licencia en aproximadamente media hora teniendo la constancia de escuela de manejo.
I had an appointment at 8:30 a.m. to process the driver's license and until 9:00 people began to pass. The person who attended me was very careless, he did not tell me when he was going to take my photo and I left turning the other way.
