Entiendo que razones de la vida tengan un trabajo que no les guste. Pero no les da derecho a tratar mal a las mismas personas que pagamos sus salarios con nuestros impuestos. La informacion que te proporcionan es incompleta e insuficiente. En mi particular punto de vista me da verguenza tener una institucion como esta tan corrupta. Pero no vayas al siguiente día que te hicieron la multa porque luego no tienen la licencia, y tienes que estar regresando. Si regresas con tu pago, pasas directo a recoger la licencia. Esto sirve porque cualquier persona puede ir a pagar pero solo entregan la licencia al titular. La desventaja es que el recibo de pago no te ampara para circular. Solo la papeleta de infracción por 5 días. Llegué a las 8:20 hoy martes y ya estaba la fila en la entrada sobre la banqueta como de 10 personas, abrieron puntual a las 8:30 pasaron a un grupo de 10 siempre guardando la sana distancia. Pasas a pagar, puede ser en efectivo, y si pagas con tarjeta te cobran una comisión del 2%. La papeleta de infracción se la quedan y te dan el recibo de pago. Ya con el recibo pasas a otra ventanilla por tú licencia, firmas de recibido, y OJO no te quedas con ningún recibo, así que tienen letreros de que le saques copia si necesitas comprobante. Le saqué una foto nada más. La atención del personal fue cordial, respondieron amablemente a mis preguntas. Salí a las 8:50 Se me hizo rápido. En cuanto a las instalaciones, están prácticas.
