Si deseas hacerlo por teléfono nunca contestan y si acudes a las oficinas te dicen que es por internet o te ponen puras trabas. Nadie contesta los teléfonos y solo se puede hacer trámites con cita. Hoy llegué a la cita y resulta que solo era pasar al departamento de Coordinación para hacer cambios a mi licencia de conducir.
