I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! We combine an itinerary for chichen itza at 07:30 am. at the hotel at 07:15, and they asked to call us at the reception. at the same instant we descended and they were already gone. They didn't wait even 3 minutes, and it was on schedule. After wanting us to meet them somewhere else, we declined, and so they requested that we wait at 8:15 a.m. we wait until 09:00 a.m. and no one came looking for us. In summary, a real carelessness with the client, because they had no consideration with us at any time. We agreed early, we got ready, we were scheduled to do the tour and they simply did not comply with the combo. That is absurd, because as everyone knows the rides in Cancun are very expensive, and it was already paid for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Tour Coba and Tulum very disappointing. No explanation except 10 minutes in Tulum. The rest of the excursion is based on trying to buy things: package of drinks on the bus, things at the Mayan market (they have you stunned for half an hour and then hurry up eating), transportation in Cobá (you waste so much time on everything that later They leave you with that there is no time to walk) ... Completely disappointing, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Bus not at the meeting point. The company then asks us to move to another meeting point far away we had to pay 30$ US more for taxis and they don't want to hear us. Nobody wants to talk to us to find a solution.

"When you go to Starbucks at Playa del Carmen, you give tips to your waiter who only brings your drink to your table. We have been with you for 14 hours, there are 4 crew members on board. So, when leaving tips we hope you consider that in mind." These were the exact words of our tour guide who did not shut up for the entire trip. Here are the things I liked and did not liked about my 4 in 1 experience. Likes: 1. They took us to all four places: Tulum, Coba, Cenote, and Playa del Carmen. 2. Bus ride was long, but comfortable. 3. Price was reasonable for a bus full of people.. $35. 4. During our lunch, we got to see how a Mayan Spiritual Cleansing is done with the usage of incense. Dislikes: 1. No one, ticket vendor who pulled us out on the side of the street by Mercado 28 or the shuttle drivers who picked us from the hotel, told us this trip was 14 hours long. 2. It took us 4.5 hours to get from Plaza Las Americas to our first destination; Tulum. 3. During those 4.5 hours, crew members tried to sell Plus package which is $25 extra. (Look at the photos for Itinerary and benefits) 4. Every time the crew started speaking, they had a different product they wanted to pitch. For example, cocoa, mayan calendar, name and date translations, etc. 5. Cenote is not what you think it is. In fact, it was one of those free little parks, but they talked about it as if it is the Gran Cenote. It's not. In addition, we were barely there for 30 minutes. 6. Playa del Carmen is a market for shopping or a restroom stop. However you would want to think about it. I say so because by the time we got there it was around 9 PM. Going to the beach is not as easy at this time of day. I don't think. Here are some things I learned: 1. Playa del Carmen is a Market with Bathroom. 2. It takes 4.5 hours to get to Tulum from Cancun. 3. There are 15 different Cenotes and they don't tell you which one you are going to. Overall, This trip would have been more enjoyable if we had taken taxis or mayan uber. Personal Advice: Don't do it.
