★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE ambiente laboral, mas de uno puede asegurarlo, los mantienen callados ya que si les dices algo te terminan corriendo, sus directivos incompetentes, crean grupos entre ellos para beneficios propios, tanto la Familia Collazo como los Saavedra, aqui todo es compadrazgo. Solo ordeñan a la empresa.
Yo en lo personal lo he vivido. Compran autos de lujo, pero si pides un aumento nunca hay recursos.. tienen 5 empleados en RH ganando 20MIL pesos, y solo se pasean en moto de nave a nave o viendo videos en youtube.
Piensen dos veces en entrar a trabajar aqui o hacer negocios... tienen demasiada rotacion de personal!
 TERRIBLE work environment, more than one can assure you, they keep them quiet since if you tell them something they end up running you, their incompetent managers, create groups among themselves for their own benefits, both the Collazo Family and the Saavedra, here everything is compassion. They just milk the company.
I have personally experienced it. They buy luxury cars, but if you ask for an increase there are never resources. They have 5 employees in RH earning 20MIL pesos, and they only ride a motorcycle from ship to ship or watching videos on YouTube.
Think twice about going to work here or doing business ... you have too much staff turnover!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay buenos sueldos y te brindan prestaciones de ley eso es muy bueno, pero si quieres una posibilidad de crecimiento es depende tu puesto o si ellos quieren darte el puesto y ni siquiera es depende el desempeño, se supone que tienen una política no admitir familiares y casualmente las personas que mas duran en la empresa son familiares de alguno que tenga un puesto alto o medio, el personal de Recursos Humanos ni siquiera tiene capacidad de elaborar las cartas patronales incluso se tardan mucho tiempo en proporcionarlas de todo te quieren hacer descuentos, la estabilidad laboral es demasiado baja con decir que sus administraciones cambian cada tres meses. Y por fin algo bueno, si logras mas de seis meses aquí aseguro que conseguiste muy buena experiencia y ya sabes todo el proceso, si vas para Directivo cuídate porque el día que te quiten el coche que te prestará la empresa ten por seguro que te despedirán la siguiente semana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se sugiere no pedir trabajo en TRANSMAL. Siempre que hay "robos" te corren seas o no culpable y te amenazan con denunciarte como el culpable si no firmas tu renuncia voluntaria y aceptas tu finiquito bajísimo.
Es difícil que te paguen horas extra, y si te mandan a "trabajar" en otro estado te cansan hasta que tú mismo renuncias. Aparte no te pagan viáticos y te salen con "no tenemos dinero está vez. Pon de tu dinero y la siguiente quincena te lo pagamos". Pero ese momento nunca llega.
Si tienes mucha necesidad acepta el trabajo, pero no te dejes engañar porque no hay crecimiento laboral. Es difícil que te suban de puesto y mucho más pedir algún aumentó. Eso es imposible.
It is suggested not to ask for a job at TRANSMAL. Whenever there are "thefts" they run you off whether you are guilty or not and they threaten to report you as the culprit if you do not sign your voluntary resignation and accept your very low settlement.
