Cuando les llame para solicitar su ayuda y al tener 6 meses de garantia , la empresa me dijo que me mandaba la pieza, pero estuve una semana esperando y la pieza no llegaba y además n me contestaban el teléfono i muchas veces me colgaban. Un 0 como empresa, un 0 como persona, e indignante su trato al cliente y el no atenerse a sus responsabilidades como empresa. No arreglan bien las reparaciones y ademas no se hacen cargo de los 6 meses de garantía. I put 1 star because I can put a 0. My gearbox was repaired and the next day it was already having bugs. When I called them to request their help and having a 6-month warranty, the company told me that they would send the piece to me, but I was waiting for a week and the piece didn't come and they also didn't answer the phone and many times they hung up on me.
