★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos rateros de primera el responsable de nombre Jorge es un ratero le lleve mi camioneta para repararla de la transmisión jamás le hicieron nada son unos mentirosos y puerros para disque trabajar nunca le hicieron nada ni le cambiaron piezas y a parte se hacen los ofendidos el trabajador es un puerco todo pierde NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO RATEROS Y CAREROS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llevan meses arreglando mi camioneta y no me lo ha podido regresar. El señor Jorge Cruz lleva 8 meses y parece no tener conocimiento alguno del tema. No lo recomiendo NADA!! Si no quieren perder tiempo y dinero no lleven su auto!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ llevé a reparar mi carro y como uno de mujer desconoce , me lo recomendaron según por que era "MUY BUENO".
Si, es muy atento pero allí no acaba todo. Le marcas y se esconde, eso si, si no le pagas no trabaja.
Cuando por fin me entregó el automóvil, después de estarle buscando,
me dí cuenta que presentaba igual o mas fallas. Realmente me pone a pensar si le cambia las piezas que deberían ser.
Desgraciadamente lo volvi a buscar para que me diera una solucion y siempre esta ocupado, pero no fuera para cobrar porque ahi si esta.
y al parcer es contodos sus clientes igual.
Lo que debería de tener el taller es una sanción de la PROFECO y el SAT, o una suspención. No te proporciona una factura,
la informacion sobre los precio,
y mucho menos la NOM-174-SCFI-2007 que establece obligatoriamente tener a la vista un listado de precios.
como cliententes tenemos el derecho de saber cuanto nos costará ,
el plazo en el que estará listo el carro y que se desglosen los costos de refaciones y mano de obra,
lo que él no hace.
Debería de tener profecionalismo y empatía, puesto que no creo que le guste que le traten igual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya van tres veces que se bloquea el codigo de un jetta de un conocido y se lo han resuelto de volada. Son amables. Me recomendaron una vulcanizadora por aqui cerca y resulto buena, eso quiere decir que dan confianza. Tambien me ayudaron a conseguir un porta placas a buen precio.
