★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, fui a que hicieran una revisión a mi auto y le hicieron prueba de manejo, diagnóstico por computadora, y revisión de aceite de transmisión, todo fue rápido y conmigo presente.
En todo momento respondieron mis preguntas y el encargado se portó muy amable conmigo.
Detectó la posible falla, me dijo los presupuestos y me dio sugerencias de cual era mi mejor opción.
Recomiendo este taller.
Excellent service, I went to have my car checked and had a test drive, computer diagnosis, and transmission oil check, everything was fast and with me present.
At all times they answered my questions and the manager was very nice to me.
He detected the possible failure, told me the budgets and gave me suggestions on what was my best option.

10/03/22 por tercera vez, solicite el servicio para revisar mi transmisión ya que tenia dudas de una fuga de aceite, escanearon mi auto y le dieron revisión y muy honradamente me dijeron que no contaba con fugas, que el aceite que estaba en la transmisión era de una anterior reparación que no fueron lo suficientemente limpios para hacerla., también sabia que ya estaba próximo el mantenimiento preventivo de mi transmisión y ellos me lo recomendaron ya que estaba sucio el aceite, y lo hicieron en tiempo y forma, gracias de nuevo por su atención, excelente trato.

03/10/22 for the third time, I requested the service to check my transmission since I had doubts about an oil leak, they scanned my car and gave it a review and very honestly told me that it did not have any leaks, that the oil that was in the transmission was from a previous repair that they were not clean enough to do it. I also knew that the preventive maintenance of my transmission was about to come and they recommended it to me since the oil was dirty, and they did it in a timely manner, thanks again for your attention, excellent treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good at troubleshooting automatic transmissions, very honest and efficient at fixing. I took my car to two other places that were unable to fix. Found Marsi on google and took the car, withing 2 days was fixed correct and has been working good ever since. Would recommend to a anyone to take for transmission problems to here and don't waste your time anywhere else in Monterrey they are the best.
