Los dos señores son honestos, tenía una fuga en la manguera principal, me dijeron que la fuera a reparar a un lugar de mangueras y que consiguiera en ese mismo lugar varias cosas. También me encargo aceite de trasmisión y otras cosas. COSAS A MEJORAR: estaría muy bien que tuvieran piezas básicas, inventario ya que a eso se dedican. Que no te hagan dar tantas vueltas. Pero quedó al 100 y no falla.
Honesty and good treatment. The two gentlemen are honest, I had a leak in the main hose, they told me to go repair it to a place of hoses and to get several things there. I also order transmission oil and other things. THINGS TO IMPROVE: It would be great if they had basic parts, inventory, since they are dedicated to that. That they don't make you go around so many times. But it was at 100 and it does not fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No he llevado a cabo ninguna reparación. Llevé mi auto, lo valoraron y me indicaron que no era un problema de la caja. No me hicieron ningún cobro. Me indica que en reparaciones con piezas originales da un año de garantía.
I have not carried out any repairs. I took my car, they valued it and they indicated that it was not a problem of the box. They did not charge me. It tells me that in repairs with original parts it gives a one year warranty.

Durante bastante tiempo la caja automática de mi vehículo tiraba algo de aceite, cuando por fin tuve oportunidad la llevé para que cambiaran los retenes.
Busqué una opción económica y supuestamente recomendada pero, terminaron haciendo un trabajo pésimo.
A las dos semanas mi caja quedó destruida por dentro pues le agregaron una cantidad excesiva de silicon que tapó el filtro, esto terminó matando la caja y no se responsabilizaron por el trabajo.
Conozco de vista el negocio del Ruso desde hace unos 35 años pero nunca había acudido ahí, me parece que ya es tercera generación.
Busqué varios talleres especializados en cajas automáticas en Azcapotzalco, y Edo. De Méx. comparé precios y las explicaciones de cada taller.
Finalmente acudí al Ruso, me explicó a detalle la causa del daño, los porqués y los comos, me mostró el estado interno de mi caja y me propuso tres opciones: Reparación con refacciones de baja, media y alta calidad.
Decidi alta calidad y para ese caso me ofreció una garantía por escrito de un año, además me mostró las refacciones nuevas y originales con sus respectivas facturas.
Sus precios compradoras con 6 talleres que busqué son similares más menos $500.00 MXN.
Su trabajo fue eficiente y rápido, tardó menos de 5 días, cumplió con lo que dijo y finalmente mi caja quedó como nunca, francamente estoy sorprendido.
Seguro los que sabemos un poco del tema estamos conscientes de que la reparación de una caja es costosa aunque el auto sea de años, por lo que haciendo una valoración de calidad contra precio considero que el Ruso está muy bien equilibrado.
Daré seguimiento al año de garantía de mi caja y después re escribiré esta opinión.
Por lo pronto yo sí recomiendo al Ruso.

Well, that's the way it is:
For a long time the automatic transmission of my vehicle was leaking some oil, when I finally had the opportunity I took it to have the seals changed.
I looked for an inexpensive and supposedly recommended option, but they ended up doing a lousy job.
After two weeks my box was destroyed inside because they added an excessive amount of silicone that covered the filter, this ended up killing the box and they were not responsible for the work.
I have known the Russian business by sight for about 35 years but I had never been there, it seems to me that it is already the third generation.
I looked for several workshops specialized in automatic boxes in Azcapotzalco, and Edo. From Mex. I compared prices and explanations of each workshop.
Finally I went to the Russian, he explained to me in detail the cause of the damage, the why and how, he showed me the internal state of my box and he proposed three options: Repair with low, medium and high quality spare parts.
I decided on high quality and for that case he offered me a one-year written guarantee, also showed me the new and original parts with their respective invoices.
Their buying prices with 6 workshops that I looked for are similar plus less $ 500.00 MXN.
His work was efficient and fast, it took less than 5 days, he fulfilled what he said and finally my box was like never before, frankly I am surprised.
Sure, those of us who know a little about the subject are aware that the repair of a box is expensive even if the car is years old, so making an assessment of quality against price I consider that the Russian is very well balanced.
I will follow up on the one year warranty on my box and then rewrite this review.
For now I do recommend the Russian.
