Terrible service, we paid for the tour, 30 minutes later they tell us that they forgot and that the truck has already left, they will return the money to me in 24 hours.

ADEMAS LA VISITA AL MUSEO NO CONFIRMADO NUNCA SE DIO, EN CAMBIO SI SE VISITARON TIENDAS DE ARTICULOS DE PIEDRA, MISMO QUE NO ESTABA CONTEMPLADO Y CON DURACION DE MAS DE MEDIA HORA LA PARADA
WE TRAVELED TO TAKE THE TOUR OF THE CITY THAT INCLUDED THE MUMMIES FIRST AND A VISIT TO AN UNCONFIRMED MUSEUM, THEY PASSED BY YOU TO THE HOTEL AND RETURNED YOU.
WHAT IS OUR SURPRISE THAT THE MUMMY'S VISIT WAS MOVED BY THE DRIVER TO THE END AND NOT ONLY THAT AS IT TAKEN A LONG ROUTE, LEFT YOU THERE AND AFTER YOU MOVED ON YOUR OWN TO THE HOTEL
ALSO, THE VISIT TO THE MUSEUM NOT CONFIRMED WAS NEVER GIVEN, ON THE CHANGE IF STONES STORE STORES WERE VISITED, SAME THAT WAS NOT CONSIDERED AND WITH A DURATION OF MORE THAN HALF HOUR THE STOP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. Los contratamos para transporte de 14 personas a nuestro hospedaje dos veces, y un tour a diferentes puntos turisticos de la ciudad de Guanajuato y sus alrededores. Carlos nos brindo excelente servicio en todo momento. Definitivamente los recomiendo y los volvere a usar en caso de visitar Guanajuato de nuevo.
Excellent service. We hired them to transport 14 people to our lodging twice, and a tour to different tourist spots in the city of Guanajuato and its surroundings. Carlos gave us excellent service at all times. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if I visit Guanajuato again.

Se retrasó 30 minutos y nos decían que en 5 minutos ya llegaban y otros que también llegaban también les decían que en 5 minutos llegaba (ya llevaban 45 minutos). Hasta que reclamamos a la hora completa de retraso, nos comunicamos a sus oficinas y que los tours se cancelaron un par de días antes (entonces para que vendes) y según dijeron que San Miguel de Allende ya no permitían acceso. Puras mentiras cancelamos ahí y tomamos otro tour al mismo lugar. Jamás contraten aquí amigos, fueron demasiadas mentiras de esta agencia.
Terrible, we bought the tour the day before.
They were delayed for 30 minutes and they told us that they would arrive in 5 minutes and others who also arrived also told them that they would arrive in 5 minutes (they had already taken 45 minutes). Until we claim the full hour of delay, we communicate to their offices and that the tours were canceled a couple of days before (so what are you selling for) and, according to what they said, San Miguel de Allende no longer allowed access. Pure lies we canceled there and took another tour to the same place. Never hire friends here, there were too many lies from this agency.
