Very attentive in the service. Only once did we get a driver who looked like the bastard was carrying cows. Very friendly Eye: After the tour they leave you in the center of the city, not in your hotel.

We had the bad idea of ​​hiring 3 tours with them, we paid 50% of the total as an advance and we agreed to settle the remaining 50% on the last day, the next day the problems began. To begin with, they said it was 9:30 and at the very hour they told us that they were passing at 9:00, due to the rush we had to go out to buy a breakfast to take away and we asked that they would come for us to the restaurant that was only 2 blocks away From there, and they simply refused and preferred to wait for us to arrive on foot than to spend a minute in the van, to make matters worse as we continued the route they passed only one block from where we were requesting to be picked up. That was a detail but the worst happened the next day, where they simply told us that we either settled or they would not take us to the second of 3 tours, arguing that the seller was wrong when she told us that it was settled at the end, total that they took us even with the owner who, in the midst of shouting and threats, ended up accepting that we pay him another thousand at the time and the next day we settled the rest ($ 800), but at the end of the day they threatened to cancel the last tour if we did not settle at that time, again They took us with the owners where, after talking for a while, we agreed on what had already been said in the morning, which was to settle when they will pick us up the next day. Outside of that experience that to some extent may not happen to everyone (in reality it was the great fault of the salesperson for giving bad information and worse the company for not assuming the mistakes of its workers) the tours are bad, they simply take you they tell you we have arrived, see you here for so long and now, and in particular one of the drivers drove dangerously through some sections of the road. In conclusion, for sure there are many better options in San Cristóbal, and if they get to make a mistake, prepare to receive bad treatment.
