★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late pickups and arrivals plus rude, dishonest and unprofessional service. Most tour agencies in Chiapas are more or less the same, but this one was markedly worse. I would recommend going with any other service besides this one. Diana was especially horrible to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on two tours on two consecutive days and paid a high price, but that was not the problem. We left our baggage with them and was told that we would be dropped off at the bus station with them after. Instead, they dropped us off at the bus station without our luggage, then made us walk to two different store fronts to get our luggage. Then on top of that did not help us or show any type of customer service to figure out how to help us back to the bus station, something they told us was part of the package we paid a lot of money for. I had a hurt knee and it was sore from all the hiking and we told them that in the beginning and they informed us we would be dropped off with our baggage at the bus station, not have to walk to two different store fronts to pick it up, then walk back to the station. The tours were great, but their customer service after they receive your money is nonexistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent tour at competitive rate. The next day we asked to leave our bags in their office for a few hours, as the depot in the ADO was super expensive - they happily agreed and didn't want payment. Cool guys.
