The tour that I shared with turisfront was very fun, throughout the trip we were comfortable, happy and learning something new, I really liked being able to learn more about my state in a different way.

Durante nuestro viaje de unas nueve horas, el guía Jorge (George) fue muy útil y educado. Entre un grupo de turistas en cual solo uno no entendí Español, George traducido absolutamente TODO en Inglés. El viaje fue mágico, incluyendo alebrijes de Arrazola, mezcal (El Rey de Matatlan), textiles, cerámicas, y el Arbol de Tule. No puedo pensar en ninguna manera mejor para aprenderse de la cultura Oaxaqueña! The lady and I enjoyed a trip with Turisfront. Marino was our agent. This man has all the information you need, even in English! During our journey of about nine hours, the guide Jorge (George) was very helpful and polite. Among a group of tourists in which only one did not understand Spanish, George translated absolutely EVERYTHING in English. The trip was magical, including alebrijes from Arrazola, mezcal (El Rey de Matatlan), textiles, ceramics, and the Tree of Tule. I can't think of any better way to learn about the Oaxacan culture!

Escolhemos a "rota 2" e tivemos uma experiencia incrível conhecendo o sítio arqueológico de Monte Albán, depois uma parada num restaurante local (por nossa conta) mas com comida a vontade por um ótimo preço! Após o almoço seguimos com mais passeios por um convento antigo, um ateliê onde fazem alebrijes em madeira (artistas incríveis) e o ateliê de Doña Rosa (onde confeccionam peças em barro com uma técnica autoral). O guia turístico foi muito solicito e soube explicar tudo além de nos mostrar uma realidade de Oaxaca que não tínhamos visto como turistas... Excellent service. We were very well attended from the beginning. We chose "route 2" and had an incredible experience getting to know the archaeological site of Monte Albán, then stopping at a local restaurant (on our own) but with free food at a great price! After lunch, we continue with more tours of an old convent, a studio where they make alebrijes in wood (incredible artists) and the studio of Doña Rosa (where they make pieces in clay with an authorial technique). The tour guide was very helpful and knew how to explain everything besides showing us a reality in Oaxaca that we had not seen as tourists ...

Two sites were not even covered (but were promised to us by the sales representative, including a mezcal tasting and visit to an archeological site). They also didn't disclose additional costs that we would have to pay to access certain stops. When we complained to the sales rep all we got were excuses and apologies, with zero proposed solutions. We should have received a refund. I would never recommend this tour company, and I will never ever use them again. Very unprofessional and scammy.
