★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este buen servicio y efectivas las medidas de seguridad, no asi las de regreso ? fe putla a oaxaca no exigieron el uso del cuvrebocas y una persona venia con gos durante el camino y ahí era viajar o no pero ya había compromiso de trabajo en oaxaca asi que me ruve que arriesgar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien, excepto que aveces no salen a la hora indicada y hay que esperar una o dos horas. Deberian de ser mas especificos con ese detalle y asi ya el cliente decide si esperar o buscar otra opcion.
All good, except that sometimes they don't come out at the indicated time and you have to wait an hour or two. They should be more specific with that detail and so the client decides whether to wait or look for another option.

He is punctual in departures and arrivals. What I did not like was that they drive with little caution and do not have seat belts. Customer service is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómodo y atento el chófer le doy 4 estrellas porque la recepcionista no me aparato un lugar que le pedí y me fui al último lo cual fui incómodo para mí trayecto hacía Oaxaca y lo aparte desde el día anterior
Comfortable and attentive the driver I give him 4 stars because the receptionist did not give me a place that I asked for and I went to the last one which was uncomfortable for my journey to Oaxaca and I separated it from the day before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salen 6am, 8am y de 10am a 6pm salen a cada hora, pero no salen para nada puntual, el que debía salir a las 10am salió hasta las 10:45 y parece que es normal, mi asiento no tenía cinturón de seguridad, aunque son rápidos y limpios, hay una tiendita donde puedes comprar tacos, tortas, tlayudas y comida chatarra, hay sala de espera y baños
They leave at 6am, 8am and from 10am to 6pm they leave every hour, but they don't leave at all on time, the one that was supposed to leave at 10am left until 10:45 and it seems to be normal, my seat didn't have a seat belt, although they are fast and clean, there is a little store where you can buy tacos, cakes, tlayudas and junk food, there is a waiting room and bathrooms
