★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La semana pasada, Lunes 7 de Mayo aprox 7:45 am, la Unidad 236, de placas A-48708-D impactó mi auto (circulando por Blvd Río Nazas, Torreón Coah). Logré alcanzar la unidad, sin embargo, el chofer fue grosero, de comportamiento violento. Por lo anterior, me limité a tomar los datos del camión para exponer una queja, que hasta el momento no ha sido atendida. Vía telefónica me citaron en las instalaciones de C. Salinas de Gortarí en la Col Nueva Laguna y me canalizaron con el Lic. Carlos Dávila (mismo que nunca me atendió). A su vez, me re-direccionaron con el Sr. Joel Alvarado, quien solo me ha citado un par de ocasiones, solo para hacerme esperar y finalmente para no recibirme. Es una lástima que directivos de una empresa prestadora de servicios (de la que soy cliente ocasional en su división Turismo) con tan buena reputación actúen de esa manera, con tan poca seriedad. Dejo aquí esta experiencia para "a quien corresponda".
Last week, Monday May 7 approx 7:45 am, Unit 236, plates A-48708-D hit my car (driving on Blvd Río Nazas, Torreón Coah). I managed to reach the unit, however the driver was rude, violent in behavior. Therefore, I limited myself to taking the data from the truck to present a complaint, which so far has not been addressed. I was summoned via telephone at the facilities of C. Salinas de Gortarí in the Col Nueva Laguna and they channeled me to Lic. Carlos Dávila (who never answered me). In turn, I was redirected to Mr. Joel Alvarado, who has only cited me a couple of times, only to make me wait and finally not to receive me. It is a pity that managers of a service provider company (of which I am an occasional customer in its Tourism division) with such a good reputation act in this way, with so little seriousness. I leave this experience here for "to whom it may concern".
