★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solamente hay 3 unidades en buen estado y 2 choferes que te dan buen trato los demás son arrogantes y les vale que te estés muriendo de calor dentro de la unidad se hacen los sordos cuando le piden que pongan el aire acondicionado en la unidad.
There are only 3 units in good condition and 2 drivers that give you good treatment the others are arrogant and it is better that you are dying of heat inside the unit they become deaf when they ask you to put the air conditioning in the unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ponen el aire acondicionado y dentro de la unidad se siente el calor y vas sudando. Ya entrando a Villahermosa ponen el aire acondicionado debido a que comenzó a llover muy fuerte y se metía el agua. Imagínense, sudado y luego te ponen el aire, ésta empresa está ocasionando que te enfermes de gripa por esos cambios de temperatura y en esta contingencia de salud... No recomiendo que viajen en ésta línea de transporte por su seguridad de salud. Hay otras que probablemente usen el aire acondicionado y eso evitará que te enfermes por las condiciones antes mencionadas. No creo que haya un cambio en la empresa por mi experiencia pero les sobre aviso a los demás usuarios para que se prevengan y eviten enfermarse.
They don't turn on the air conditioning and inside the unit you feel the heat and you are sweating. Once entering Villahermosa they put the air conditioning on because it started to rain very hard and the water was running in. Imagine, sweaty and then they put the air on you, this company is causing you to get sick with the flu due to these changes in temperature and in this health contingency ... I do not recommend that you travel on this transport line for your health safety. There are others who probably use air conditioning and that will prevent you from getting sick from the aforementioned conditions. I do not think there is a change in the company from my experience but I warn other users to prevent and avoid getting sick.
