Los chóferes groseros, diciendole a los pasajeros que van parados que si no se mue en los demás los avientes, les hacemos la parada y solo se nos quedan viendo y se van de largo. Casi atropellan a una señora con sus hijas y bien altanero el chófer le dice que se suba a la banqueta y las oficinas no se puede levantar reporte de los operadores por que nunca contestan los teléfonos de atención

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia los chóferes siempre son cordiales y atentos con los pasajeros, pero en esta ocasión el chófer de la unidad 35 con número de placas A-34821-N fue extremadamente grosero.
En la ruta Cetis27 sólo pasó por el Tec y no quiso bajar a nadie en el Cetis, a pesar de que se le pidió a tiempo (el timbre no servía) y en numerosas ocasiones por varios pasajeros. No fue en la única parada en la que sucedió, ya que de regreso (no pude bajar en mi destino) en varias ocasiones varios pasajeros necesitaban bajar y ya que no servía el timbre le pedían que los bajara, el chófer solo les dijo que no iba a parar y aceleró más hasta llegar al centro
