★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me formé para comprar un boleto a San Juan del Río y la señorita que me atendió no me quiso vender el boleto con la excusa de que no tenía cambio, el billete era de 500.
Hablé con la encargada y me dice que van cambiando de turno, pero que ella lo ve, riéndose.
Habitualmente viajo en ETN y es la primera vez que por necesidad viajo en autobús a San Juan del Río.
Después de esto, dejaré de usar estas líneas, ya que pertenecen a la misma empresa.
I was trained to buy a ticket to San Juan del Río and the lady who attended me did not want to sell me the ticket with the excuse that she had no change, the ticket was for 500.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes salían más seguido y eran mas baratos. Ahora te dejan esperando a que salga el camión y han subido mucho el precio. Casi sale igual que irte en uno premiun. Solo que en amealcenses lo llenan como guajolotero.
They used to come out more often and were cheaper. Now they leave you waiting for the truck to leave and they have raised the price a lot. It almost comes out the same as leaving in a premium one. Only in Amealcenses they fill it like a guajolotero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transportes Amealcenses solía ser la más cómoda opción para el transporte en el área. Sin embargo por unos cuantos centavos ponen en riesgo la integridad de sus pasajeros. Solapado por el supervisor el chófer quitó el registro de 5 pasajeros en el sistema e inició el viaje con sobre cupo. Si sucede algo en el camino 5 personas no estarán cubiertas por un seguro de viajero y que decir de un contagio de cualquier enfermedad por no respetar las normas de seguridad e higiene.
Transportes Amealcenses used to be the most comfortable option for transportation in the area. However, for a few pennies they put the integrity of their passengers at risk. Under the cover of the supervisor, the driver removed the registration of 5 passengers in the system and started the trip with excess capacity. If something happens on the way, 5 people will not be covered by traveler's insurance and what to say about a contagion of any disease due to not respecting the safety and hygiene regulations.
