★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de todo su personal (oficinas, chóferes, etc.) sus instalaciones viejas con falta de higiene y que decir de sus unidades de transporte que son del año del caldo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno realmente estan muy mal primero las que atienden tienden a ser personas muy groseras el local es deplorable sin mejoria ni limpieza sigue igual desde 2008 o el lugar se cae a pedazos literal y no es raro que los camiones fallen incumplen algunas leyes de seguridad y ahora con el covid ni se diga ya que los autobuses salen a horas impensables el transporte es sumamente desorganizado y aun que se estubo en contingencia y que sus autobuses hacen viajes en carretera no les importa meter a todos en un solo camión a pesar de que se debe evitar el aforo literalmente se llena el camión es un servicio que ciertamente no recomiendo usar pero si eres de Parral Chihuahua sabrás que lamentablemente es tu unica alternativa si deseas hacer por decir al valle es un mal servicio pero se aprovechan porque es el unico ;-;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este servicio lo he estado usando desde niño. Y eso es cuando el camino de Parral a Guachochi era pura terraseria. Ahora que hay paimento te llevan a tu destino a rajamadres. Estos choferes son los mejores y conocen cada hoyo y curva en el camino. Seguire usando este servicio cada ves que pueda. Definitivamente los recomiendo. No permitire que nadie los difame. 5/5
I have been using this service since I was a child. And that is when the road from Parral to Guachochi was pure terraseria. Now that there is paimento they take you to your destination to rajamadres. These drivers are the best and they know every hole and curve on the road. I will continue to use this service whenever I can. I definitely recommend them. I will not allow anyone to defame you. 5/5
