★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las dos señoritas que documentan en Ventanilla te tratan muy mal, déspotas y creídas de su puesto laboral. No tienen la educación de tratarnos como clientes, siempre están metidas en su celular, les tocas el cristal para que te vean y recibes una cara de cochino. Todo lo demás correcto, exepto por estas dos personitas. Si me preguntan calificación les pondrían cero en educación al cliente y amor a su trabajo.
The two ladies who document at Ventanilla treat you very badly, despots and believers in their job. They don't have the education to treat us like customers, they are always on their cell phone, you touch the glass so they can see you and you get a dirty face. Everything else correct, except for these two little people. If they ask me for a rating, I would give them zero in customer education and love of their work.
