Ya con esa información fuimos físicamente a dejar el paquete y registrarlo pero resulta que se incrementa el precio, hasta cierto punto lo entiendo porque siempre se debe esperar a corroborar medidas y peso aunque no existiese variación. Luego pues en la recepción no quisieron darnos mayor información al respecto y lo facturaron, y resulta que al facturar se vuelve a incrementar el precio, le pedimos que cancelen la factura y nos dijeron que no se podía porque ya lo habían hecho. Pésima atención en el área de recepción por lo antes ya mencionado. Le dejo dos estrellas porque por teléfono y correo fueron amables.
