El personal no está capacitado en atención al cte aunq es una bodega Devén de saber trato al cte
Y de los números de teléfono no se diga para empezar no está actualizado el número y para acabar ni los contestan
Siempre se tardan en entregarte para q seas tú el que valla a recogerlo asta la bodega
Su único punto a favor es q es barato
Pero ya dicen q lo barato sale caro ‼️
Terrible service here in Nuevo Laredo
The staff is not trained in customer service even though it is a winery Devén knows how to treat the customer
And do not say the phone numbers to begin with the number is not updated and to finish they are not answered
They always take time to deliver so that you are the one to pick it up at the winery
Its only point in favor is that it is cheap
But they already say that cheap is expensive‼ ️
