★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamar para pedir información, no es opción. Ir a sucursal es terrible, no te hacen caso, no saben hacer su trabajo, solo. Discuten entre ellos y las 3 veces que e ido, el encargado reclamando a su personal por falta de dinero en caja.
Terrible Servicio
 Calling for information is not an option. Going to a branch is terrible, they ignore you, they don't know how to do their job, alone. They argue among themselves and the 3 times I've been, the manager complaining to his staff for lack of money in the box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno, desde pesaje y documentación, para entrar a los andenes a veces es complicado por qué hay postes de electricidad frente a las entradas, nada que un automovilista experimentado no pueda superar, muy buena atención del personal.
The service is good, from weighing and documentation, to enter the platforms sometimes it is complicated because there are electricity poles in front of the entrances, nothing that an experienced motorist cannot overcome, very good attention from the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pongo 5 estrellas porque en la experiencia que tuve en la información fue (muy oportuna) en cuanto a los costos(también muy accesibles)el monto dependerá del tamaño del envío,y en cuanto los horarios son bastante cómodos ya que están desde las 9 am hasta las 8 pm de L-V y los sábados de 9am a 2pm y la atención de los colaboradores es amable
I give it 5 stars because in the experience I had in the information it was (very timely) in terms of costs (also very accessible) the amount will depend on the size of the shipment, and as for the schedules are quite comfortable since they are from 9 am until 8 pm from LV and on Saturdays from 9am to 2pm and the attention of the collaborators is friendly

This business is attended by young people with a very very bad character, arrogant and unhelpful, except for one, the others, bad, very bad, unless you require the service, I suggest there are many more options with better attention.
