Desde el día 3 de Diciembre me enviaron mi paquete, hoy es 9 de Diciembre y es fecha que no me han entregado! Mi guia no a tenido ningun movimiento, mi paquete sigue en León! No le han dado salida desde el día 3 de Diciembre!!! No contestan, no te dan respuesta etc. PÉSIMOOOOOO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca se sabe qué servicio darán. Tengo tiempo embarcando en Castores y casi todo es procesado en este centro. Aveces han durado hasta 48 horas en procesar mis paquetes, lo cuál me ha costado varios clientes. Tienen teléfono con menú para direccionar las llamadas pero nunca me han contestado llamada alguna. Aconsejo que, si se ven en la necesidad de usar sus servicios, lo hagan con mucha anticipación y que la paciencia sea su mantra durante el proceso.
You never know what service they will provide. I have been boarding in Castores for some time and almost everything is processed in this center. Sometimes it took up to 48 hours to process my packages, which has cost me several clients. They have a telephone with a menu to direct calls but they have never answered a call. I advise that, if you find yourself in the need to use your services, do so well in advance and that patience be your mantra during the process.

HORRIBLE I HAVE A PACKAGE THAT WAS DELIVERED ON APRIL 4, 2022 AND IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO CANNOT GIVE ME MORE DETAIL ONLY WHAT THE OSEA SYSTEM PROVIDES NOTHING I CONTACTED LEON GTO AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE DATE STILL WITHOUT AN ANSWER.
