Very bad customer service, they never answer the calls and if they answer miraculously they do not solve anything because there is no system, super delays in deliveries more than 10 days and my package cannot arrive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio caro, lento y con pésimo servicio al cliente, estuve rastreando el pedido en Gómez palacio y Torreón y en ninguna de las sucursales contestan. Sólo te atienden en el 01 800. No les doy cero estrellas porque no se puede.
Expensive, slow service and with lousy customer service, I was tracking the order in Gómez Palacio and Torreón and none of the branches answer. They only serve you at 01 800. I don't give them zero stars because you can't.
