Guadalupe, N.L. el 01 de 0ctubre, quedando la empresa de entregar el envío en un lapso de 4-5 días, pasaron más de 20 días y al ver que no llegaba, procedí a hacer el reclamo enviando todos los documentos que me solicitaban solo para que me dijeran que NO PROCEDIA EL RECLAMO xq era un producto perecedero, el problema es que nunca lo entregaron y no quieren devolverme por lo menos lo que ellos me cobraron por el envío $614.00 M.N. Dónde está la responsabilidad de Castores?? No la recomiendo en lo absoluto!!! No envíen paquetes con ellos, a menos que se resignen a perderlos de forma total!!! El día de ayer me llama el repartidor para informarme que traía tres paquetes para mí, me pide referencias del domicilio y procedo a dárselas; las cosas las recibió un familiar que cometió el error de aceptarlo sin darse cuenta de que una caja venía abierta (no le tomó importancia). Cuando más tarde llego yo por las cosas y me doy cuenta del hecho le aviso inmediatamente a quien me hizo el envío y efectivamente hacía falta mercancía, la empresa me envió unos lapiceros que son para regalar a los clientes pero de 500 piezas solo llegaron 200, la caja que contenía las cajitas de lapiceros estaba abierta y algunos lapiceros venían sueltos siendo que venían en cajitas de 50 piezas cada una. Me hicieron falta 6 cajitas y ahora el encargado de enviarme los promocionales anda batallando para que la paquetería le responda por el faltante. O sea son lapiceros, para que quieren 300 lapiceros!? que además viene rotulados con el nombre de la empresa para la que trabajo. Mi error fue haber estado laborando y no haber podido estar personalmente para recibir las cosas, pero uno confía en que las cosas lleguen con bien y las pueda recibir otro familiar...
