I have been working with this package for some time and from December to here terrible service, the packages do not arrive, nobody solves anything... you talk to the branch manager and he "can't" solve anything, they send you to customer service and to claim for the merchandise it takes 10 to 12 days "according to them"... and what happens with the delay and the impact of not having the merchandise on the established date? In December it happened to me once and they told me that they had had a "collapse" in January in the first shipment. I talked to them to see if their logistics were already in order and they told me that everything was back to normal, what was my surprise again that the merchandise was lost and they do not know where it is. No one is responsible, there is no one with whom you can follow up, the phones do not answer them... in short, terrible service. It is my experience, but I suggest working with another company that provides a better service and that if it can assist you in an event that "they do not know where the merchandise is" What good are the positions of an organizational structure if none can give you an answer? In short, terrible experience and terrible service.
