 Excellent customer service, delivered in a timely manner. Of course, the receptionist never answers the phone and you arrive at the window and have nothing to do.

Very slow in their services for deliveries. You make payment by transfer ... 24 hrs pass. And you still go and they tell you to wait half an hour for the transfer to apply. Very bad organization.
