★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio me enviaron un paquete que era muy urgente recibir de manera rápida, nos mencionaron que con servicio ocurre será más rápido que a domicilio, y lo enviaron ocurre, indicando claramente que se enviará a la sucursal más cercana a veracruz centro, e incluso la guía a si dice veracruz centro Cp 91700 , lo enviaron a ciudad industrial que queda a 14 km del centro y allá tuve que ir a recoger el paquete .
Al parecer es una falla recurrente que no les interesa resolver.
Por que las personas que me atendieron me comentaron que muy frecuentemente se molestan con ellos por la misma situación .
