 Terrible service, they are thieves, I sent my things from Merida to the CDMX and they had the nerve to open my boxes and steal from us, do not trust this filthy company ?

I dial and dial and dial they never answer the phone I've been dialing for two days to see if they put a staff for customer service first experience with them very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super molesta x que según hoy deberían entregarme,hable con la de servicio al cliente y dijo esta a en reparto mi paquete,le dije si estaba segura ya que yo podía pasar x la caja y dijo que si y Nadaaaa no me entregaron fatal x que No hablan con la verdad solo hacen a uno perder tiempo y dinero!!! En resumen PESIMOOOO SERVICIO ‼️‼️?
Super upset because according to today they should deliver me, I talked to the customer service and she said she would deliver my package, I asked her if I was sure since I could go through the box and she said yes and Nadaaaa they didn't deliver me fatal because They don't speak the truth, they only waste time and money!!! In short, AWFUL SERVICE ‼️‼️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke a bunch of my things but a 48" smart television worth more then the shipping cost was horrific. Without caring. I was promised that it would be protected and safe when paying and dropping off my shipment. Also lost a large bag of mine and took over a week with a lot of phone calls. No compensation for anything. Very poor customer service.
