★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es increible tengo 3 hrs marcando y no contestan en ninguna sucursal, que falta de atencion tienen para los clientes, ni telefonicamente ni personalmente atienden como deben, fue el chofer a llevar paquete en ese momento dimos instrucciones que lo retiraran pero ellos ya no quisieron cancelar el envio, si acababan de documentarle por ue diablos no podia retirar el paquete ?????????? aparte que tienen precios altisimos todavia ese trato, que lastima de gente y la compañia que permite todo esto
 It is incredible I have been dialing for 3 hours and they do not answer at any branch, what a lack of attention they have for customers, neither by phone nor personally they attend as they should, it was the driver to take the package at that moment we gave instructions to remove it but they did not want to cancel the shipment, if they had just documented him, why the hell couldn't he pick up the package?????????? Apart from that they have very high prices, they still have that treatment, what a pity for people and the company that allows all this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono celular. Tienen jovencitas en el mostrador que se preocupan más por sus uñas que por atender a los clientes y brindarles un servicio de calidad.
Me robaron 1300 cargándolo a mi tarjeta , no me reembolsaron nada .
Nadie me pudo apoyar a resolver mi situación , es pésimo el servicio del personal.
Definitivamente será la ultima vez que use esta empresa para transportar mi mercancía.
They never answer the cell phone. They have young ladies at the counter who care more about their nails than serving customers and providing quality service.
They stole 1300 from me by charging it to my card, they didn't refund me anything.
No one could support me to resolve my situation, the service of the staff is terrible.
It will definitely be the last time I use this company to transport my merchandise.
