★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio del encargado Arturo , no cumplen con las entregas a tiempo y no tienen las camionetas adecuadas para entregar , tuve que mandar mi vehículo por el paquete ya que su chofer no lo pudo entregar en la dirección correcta .
En la sucursal de Ixtapaluca donde se realizó el envío nunca dieron respuesta .
Tuvimos que coordinar la entrega con el chofer .
No pierdan su tiempo y su dinero .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy poco responsables, pierden el o los envíos y cundo llamas a su centro de atención al 800...De molestan por pedirles que encuentre n el envío y acudan a entregar, además en su sucursal de Villahermosa son muy mentirosos.. Deja mucho que desear el el servicio y la responsabilidad y todos se echan la culpa uno a otro y hasta al sistema..
