★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal servicio. Uno como cliente no tiene la culpa de que su terminal no funciona y la señorita encargada de.ocurre todo el tiempo hablando por su celular particular. Tardaron 1 hora en entregarme un paquete. PESIMO SERVICIO SERC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio al cliente, en cedis teopotzotlan, de plano no contestan, marque a corporativo y me dicen que hasta que contesten, te ponen una grabacion de su excelente servicio. La srita Anabel y Jesica Hernandez dan pura promesa de envio, mi paquete tiene 9 dias de retraso despues de que le cambiaron mi numero de guia cosa que no sabia hasta que me comentaron en corporativo. Y cuando al fin pude hablar con una de ellas enojada me dijo que para su oficina de revolucion no llevan paquetes.
