★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono, por lo que te hacen ir. Un solo intento de entrega en el domicio y ya. Voy a recogerlo a ocurre 2 días después del intento de entrega y aún no esta en sucursal y no saben resolver, pésimo servicio.
They never answer the phone, so they make you go. A single delivery attempt at home and that's it. I am going to pick it up 2 days after the delivery attempt and it is still not in the branch and they do not know how to solve it, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ve y se siente un caos al entrar, la gente te atiende bien pero el sistema no funciona. No había nadie en las entregas y la persona que debe atender la tuvieron que buscar porque estaba trabajando en un montacargas. La gente es buena pero el servicio es pésimo.
You see and feel chaos when you enter, people take good care of you but the system does not work. There was no one at the deliveries and the person who should attend had to look for her because she was working on a forklift. The people are nice but the service is lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son una buena elección para el envío de casi todo tipo de carga, el personal de piso es muy bueno en atención y cordialidad, buscando la mejor opción para nosotros como clientes.
Precisamente debo agradecer toda la dedicación de la señorita Yajaira en la recepción de mercancías y todo el protocolo del envío, es por su excelente trabajo que yo pude tomar mi vuelo a tiempo ese mismo día.
Sin embargo, la atención y contratación de servicios vía telefónica es pésima, el personal que a ello se dedica es descuidado y no responde al teléfono una vez que haces el primer pago, cuidado al contratar la recolección a domicilio pues esos agentes se excusan simplemente no atendiendo el teléfono y respondiendo vagamente a los mensajes de texto. Aclaro que esa mala experiencia la pasé con personal de la sucursal de Torreón y no en la de Gómez Palacio.
