Al llegar a la sucursal escuchas el teléfono que suena pero las que atiendes prefieren platicar entre ellas que contestar. Los camiones tienen de retraso mínimo 40 minutos. En general una experiencia muy desagradable. Una estrella porque no le puedo poner 0. Compre boletos de ida y vuelta, de ida el camión llego 4 horas tarde a nuestro destino, y yo entiendo que contratiempos pasan pero al menos hubieran avisado para que los familiares que nos recogieron no estuvieran esperando por nosotros tan temprano! Bueno en el viaje de regreso, llegó una hora tarde para empezar también, cuando llegó la noche empezó a hacer mucho frío y el conductor dijo que era toda la calefacción que el carro tenía, estaba el autobús helado, y a las 5 de la mañana cuando otro chofer se subió le dijo cómo poner la calefacción (ósea que el primer chofer no la puso por que no sabía cómo ?) sin mencionar en tres paradas que hizo y gente se subió, tuvieron conflictos por que tenían boletos que ya venían ocupados! Cómo pueden vender boletos duplicados. Al final volvimos a llegar muy tarde mientras estos pasajeros se ponían de acuerdo. Uno de ellos era un señor mayor de edad y el chofer le dijo que se sentara en el piso o se fuera parado, solo que una sent que llevaba una niña como de 7 años, le cedió el lugar al señor y se llevó a La Niña en los brazos. Pésimo servicio!! Primera y última vez que uso este autobús. The worst service!
