★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio pésimo y lo Que le sigue, días de retraso en lo que supuestamente prometen cuando se hace el envío , además pretextos por demás tontos cuando quieren justificar el hecho de que no entregan sus paquetes, no tienen ni idea de lo que es atención al cliente y ni manejar quejas saben, si pueden eviten usar este servicio

Because they serve some delicious tacos they are sold to take away by trays or to eat there they stand in line taking your dye it is worth the wait they start selling 6 in the afternoon and end at 3 in the morning

Se intentó poner una reclamación y nadie la atendió. Desfachatez absoluta, nada recomendable su servicio. De las peores paqueterías en México.
Senda Express Querétaro are very unprofessional. A package was sent from Mexico City on Monday, it arrived in Querétaro on Tuesday and by Friday they had not yet delivered with all kinds of excuses. An attempt was made to file a claim and no one answered it. Absolute cheek, your service is not recommended. One of the worst parcels in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its incredible how I have been going to Mexico DF all my life and in all those years, this terminal still remains in the same shabby stage. The bus companies have evolved a lot, they are now more comfortable than first class planes but the terminal is still as rotten as always. That is sad.
