★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible!!! Simplemente terrible. La atención del personal es nefasta. Parece que te hacen un favor por estar ahí. No entienden que sin nosotros los clientes, ellos no tendrían trabajo. Los gerentes son incompetentes, se les pierden paquetes a cada rato, no tiene control de absolutamente nada y al final es problema del cliente...”pus presente su queja oiga”.... mejor contrata un servicio profesional como estafeta o dhl. Este servicio de estrella blanca te hace perdedizos los paquetes y no es barato es deficiente y lento. Es realmente malo.
Terrible!!! Simply terrible. The attention of the staff is dire. They seem to be doing you a favor for being there. They don't understand that without us, the clients, they wouldn't have a job. The managers are incompetent, they lose packages all the time, they have absolutely no control over anything and in the end it is the customer's problem ... "put your complaint, hey" ... better hire a professional service such as courier or DHL. This white star service makes you lose packages and it is not cheap it is poor and slow. It's really bad.
