★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los autobuses no salen a la hora señalada, varios conductores con pésima actitud, retomaron las actividades"normales" en esta pandemia subiendo pasaje y no dan el servicio.

No toma la ruta de libramiento
Toma la ruta que gusta para llevará a su familiar retrasando el tiempo de viaje a mi destino
Pero como siempre otra queja y no hacen nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas las personas que están en los módulos para cobrar los boletos son muy groseros, atienden de malas y no están capacitados para brindar un buen servicio, solo en esta terminal el trato es malo. Lejos de dar soluciones te dan más problemas y malos ratos.
All the people who are in the modules to collect the tickets are very rude, they serve badly and are not trained to provide a good service, only in this terminal the treatment is bad. Far from providing solutions, they give you more problems and bad times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de Flecha Roja...tardan mucho en salir de la terminal de Chedraui en Toluca; lo peor es que allí no te hacen descuento de INAPAM; dicen que no es terminal.....antes en esa "terminal" hacían el descuento....es ilógico y arbitrario que tengas que ir a la Central de autobuses de Toluca para que te hagan el descuento....además los boletos y choferes son prepotentes a más no poder....servicio deficiente.....Flecha Roja hagan algo.....Urge!!!
Terrible Flecha Roja service...they take a long time to leave the Chedraui terminal in Toluca; The worst thing is that there they don't give you an INAPAM discount; they say that it is not a terminal.....before in that "terminal" they used to give the discount....it is illogical and arbitrary that you have to go to the Toluca bus station to get the discount....besides the tickets and drivers are arrogant to the max...poor service.....Red Arrow do something.....Urgent!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es incómodo viajar cuando él autobús va totalmente lleno y no hay aire acondicionado. Estamos en tiempos de emergencia sanitaria y otras líneas de autobuses sí mantienen el aire encendido, es desagradable ver los ventanales empañados. Cuiden este aspecto.
It is uncomfortable to travel when the bus is completely full and there is no air conditioning. We are in times of health emergency and other bus lines do keep the air on, it is unpleasant to see the windows fogged up. Take care of this aspect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas noches quiero levantar varias quejas del servicio de la ciudad de México a Santiago tianguistenco, por Ocoyoacac.
La primera, los camiones tardan más de 50 minutos en salir y los chóferes dicen que van a salir a una hora y no la respetan y contestan de forma grosera y retadores, diciendo si quieres y si no te regreso tu boleto, lo mejor sería que diga a que hora sale y respetarla, asi uno ya decide si se va o se busca otra forma de transporte, lo anterior ya que uno tiene compromisos o citas que atender y no podemos estar esperando a ver a que hora se le antoja irse al chófer.
La segunda, en la mañana los chóferes ponen su música a muy alto volumen (unidad con número económico 400 y otras) y aparte el volumen de la película lo ponen muy alto, en las mañanas buscamos descansar un poco y no se puede por esta situación.
Tercera, los chóferes en la noche ya van muy lento ya cuando van a llegar a tlazala porque van hablando por celular o en el wattsapp (unidad 400)
Cuarta, en las noches hace mucho calor y nos ponen el aire acondicionado caliente, vamos como si fuera un sauna
