 PESIMO SERCICIO A lot of insecurity since it stops every so often going down and going up people today left mty to matehuala with unit number 8421 leaving at 3 and arriving at 7 DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM it is very dangerous to pick up unregistered people in the central

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malisimo no repesimo compre tres voletos llame un un dia antes para cambiar el el horario de los boletos y me dijeron que si ahorita que me precento 1 hora treina minutos a cambiar me dice la señora que no se puede haser el cambio de horario amenos que le pague el 50 por ciento de los tres boletos osea que me des 1350 mas y asi si te cambio el boleto sino los perdes tu dinero y tu biaje esto me paso oy. 28 de marzo de 2022 la señora pelo corto que dice ser la jefa es la que me inpuso esto la verdad son rateros con corvara mala atencion y no los compre en linia los compre en taquilla

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What ever you do avoid this line do not use them unless you have no choice. They are the most unorganized and don’t care about their scheduled whats worst they pumped up their prices for the holidays and still didn’t care the bus was 2 hours behind and idled the bus for 1 hour until everyone started protesting about it. This happened at Monterrey main station 12/24/21 thanks to transporte Frontera nobody made it to Christmas Eve diner and note this was not the only bus there where about other 10 delayed routes. Please do something about it
