FACILITIES IN VERY POOR CONDITION AS WELL AS FOR THE STAFF, OPERATOR AND CUSTOMERS. THE BOARDING AREA FILLED WITH DIRT AND NOT CLEANED, THE RECEPTION OF DOCUMENTS AND ALL THE PROCESSES WHERE THE CUSTOMER IS KEPT COVERED WITH DUST, WITHOUT WEATHER, WITH THESE HEAT... JUST A DIRTY FAN...
