★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una paqueteria muy economica pero en servicio es muy austero uno tiene que hacer todo desde empacar hasta llevar con el montacargas el paquete a bodega

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, no tienen montacargas por si llevas algo entarimado, las señoras que te realizan las guías, pésimas, mal encaradas y mal trato, tienen clientes por sus precios por debajo de las mensajerías, pero prefiero pagar mas por un Mejor trato.
Terrible place, they do not have forklifts in case you carry something on the floor, the ladies who guide you, terrible, badly faced and bad treatment, have clients for their prices below the couriers, but I prefer to pay more for a better deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un poco mal por qué se enojan las secretarias por qué no si nte entregan los talones el día que embarcas luego dicen que no tienen sistema y es un problema que te den los talones pendientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Me envían un paquete de León y hablo para saber dónde se encuentra , me dan disculpas y me dicen que todavía no sale de León y que lo recibiré en 3 o 4 días. Y a la media hora me lo entregan.EN ESTA EMPRESA ESTAN DE CBEZA.
Terrible service. They send me a package from León and I call to find out where it is, they apologize and tell me that it hasn't left León yet and that I will receive it in 3 or 4 days. And after half an hour they deliver it to me. IN THIS COMPANY THEY ARE GREAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El envío de paquetería es económico, el problema está en los empleados en general, las señoritas que te realizan la guía de envío son unas GROSERAS, PREPOTENTES no conocen el concepto de amabilidad ni lo que es la atención a clientes, te contestan de mala manera sino les gusta su trabajo no se que hacen ahí, no entiendo porque los dueños de esa paquetería no han hecho nada por solucionar ése problema y luego donde dejas el paquete también ahí ni te dicen nada y cuando llegas con estás señoritas te tienes que regresar porque la persona que recibe el paquete no te firmo de recibido, uno acude por lo económico del envío pero la atención por parte de los empleados es pésima en especial de las señoritas que realizan la guía de paquetería.
Parcel delivery is cheap, the problem is with the employees in general, the ladies who make the shipping guide are rude, pushy, they do not know the concept of kindness or what customer service is, they answer you in a bad way if they don't like their work I don't know what they do there, I don't understand why the owners of that parcel have not done anything to solve that problem and then where you leave the parcel there they don't even tell you anything and when you arrive with these ladies you have to go back because The person who receives the package did not sign for receipt, one goes because of the cheapness of the shipment but the attention from the employees is terrible, especially from the ladies who carry out the parcel guide.
