★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden de buen modo pero si eres nuevo no te dicen dónde dejar tu mercancía y hasta que regresas a preguntar, además baje mis paquetes y se quedaron con lo que yo les dije nunca corroboraron que coincidieran mi número de paquetes con lo que deje y eso como que genera desconfiaza
They serve you in a good way but if you are new they do not tell you where to leave your merchandise and until you return to ask, also lower my packages and they stayed with what I told them they never confirmed that my number of packages coincided with what I left and that. as it generates mistrust

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima logística, la mercancía tarda muchísimo en ser transportada y tarda más en que hagan la entrega si es a domicilio,y no hacen la documentación de manera correcta. Me hicieron ir 2 veces porque "se les pasó" darme un paquete por el cual pregunté 2 veces y juraron que no lo tenían y nadie se hace responsable. De milagro no pierden los paquetes...
Terrible logistics, the merchandise takes a long time to be transported and it takes longer for them to make the delivery if it is at home, and they do not do the documentation correctly. They made me go 2 times because they "missed" giving me a package for which I asked 2 times and they swore they didn't have it and no one is responsible. Miracle do not lose packages ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo este servicio, no estan al pendiente de las llamadas, llevo 2 semanas esperando mi envio de leon a Puebla y dieron de pretexto que la tarima no la vierom en cdmx . Llevo esperando demasiado por un producto que ya pague, y ayer llame ,me dijeron que hoy llegaba a primera hora y es medio dia y nada que llega mi mecancia. Pesimo servicio
