Terrible service, they do not have forklifts, the sales person is extremely pedantic, they do not offer delivery times or scheduled departures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y tiempos de entrega, tardo 1 mes una mercancía que mande de Guadalajara a Mexicali. nunca te dan fecha de entrega exacta y no saben donde va tu envío, solo dicen que mañana entregan y así se la llevan por 1 mes!!
Terrible service and delivery times, it takes 1 month for a merchandise that I send from Guadalajara to Mexicali. They never give you an exact delivery date and they don't know where your shipment is going, they just say that they deliver tomorrow and so they take it for 1 month !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alerta! No usas esta transporte. Mande más de 20 mil pesos de productos y varios viajes y dicen porque no me ofrecían seguro entonces eso le da el derecho de no entregar completo. Efectivamente robo o se perdió más de 6 mil pesos de un producto.
La servicio a clientes es pésimo. Y la jefa en DF es fría y mentira.
Alert! You do not use this transport. Send more than 20 thousand pesos of products and several trips and say because they did not offer me insurance then that gives you the right not to deliver full. Effectively robbed or lost more than 6 thousand pesos of a product.
The service to clients is terrible. And the boss in Mexico City is cold and lies.

en mi caso, agendé una recolección la cual modificaron la fecha en dos ocasiones.
una vez realizada la recoleccion, el envió se ha demorado mas de 15 dias y contando.
la fecha prometida para recibir la mercancía en destino la han cambiado tres veces.
total del tiempo transcurrido, del 07.oct.2020 al 29.oct.2020.
no te pueden dar una respuesta del porque de los retrasos, únicamente escusas recurrentes.
los empleados aunque con buena actitud no solucionan nada.
margarita mendoza, gerente de operaciones nacional, aunque amable, es poco profesional y desconoce de lo que esta pasando dentro de la empresa,
tampoco te da soluciones a los errores o contratiempos ocurridos por la pobre planeación y ejecución logística de la empresa.
ojala este review les sirva a otros para evitar utilizar esta empresa, y a LIT para mejorar.
It is an unserious, unreliable company, with terrible resource management.
In my case, I scheduled a collection which changed the date on two occasions.
Once the collection is made, the shipment has been delayed more than 15 days and counting.
the promised date to receive the merchandise at destination has been changed three times.
Total elapsed time, from Oct 07, 2020 to Oct 29, 2020.
They can't give you an answer as to why the delays, only recurring excuses.
the employees, although with a good attitude, do not solve anything.
Margarita Mendoza, National Operations Manager, although friendly, is unprofessional and does not know what is happening within the company,
Nor does it give you solutions to errors or setbacks that have occurred due to the company's poor logistics planning and execution.
Hopefully this review will help others to avoid using this company, and LIT to improve.
