★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De un momento a otro me cambiaron las condiciones de trabajo y me retuvieron ilegalmente los pagos de mis viajes y al reclamar mi dinero y un trato justo me sacaron de la empresa sin darme explicación, pago ni aclaración con recursos humanos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pagan lo pactado x gasto o robo de diesel segun de los operadores cuando las unidades estan mal mecanicamente y aun comprobando la falla mecanica te descuentan sueldo completo
A mi en el tiempo q estuve trabajando me descontaron mas de 15 mil pesos
Me detenia a abandonar la empresa x el tiempo de la pandemia pero a ultimas fechas el descuento fue de $3500 pesos
Y aun pagandoles del sueldo lo de el diesel no te dan finiquito x renuncia ni te regresan lo q te descuentan de fiansa viaje con viaje sin un comprobante de nomina y aun asi insinuan q los operadores somos los rateros
Deje unidad adecuadamente y sin ningun problema en la empresa para q no dijeran q uno es el mal operador o ratero.
Cualquier duda o aclarasiones estoy a sus ordenes
